In the Prototype and Design phase, you will setup all of the strategies required to develop the end user support program, including training course outlines and documentation and training material prototypes and templates. All of this work is based on the approach that is approved by the client after they have reviewed the End User Support document, and decided which approach they wish to follow.
The goals of the Prototype and Design phase are:
Prototype and validate the design of the End User documentation and training materials
Define each training module listed in the preliminary training curriculum
Define the strategies you will use to develop the End User support program
Confirm the end user support strategy and capture the final end user support program design in an End User Support Design Report
