The business developer is concerned with the analytical preparation of potential growth opportunities for the senior management or board of directors as well as the subsequent support and monitoring of its implementation. Both in the development phase and the implementation phase, the business developer collaborates and integrates the knowledge and feedback from the organization’s specialist functions, for example, research and developmentproductionmarketing, and sales to assure that the organization is capable of implementing the growth opportunity successfully. 

END USER TRAINING CONSULTANTS

End users typically do not possess the technical understanding or skill of the product design, a fact that is easy for instructional designers to forget or overlook, leading to features with which the customer is dissatisfied. It is the responsibility of the End User Training Consultant to bring the End User up to speed on the tools and services within their organization to ensure the organization increases productivity and efficiency.

PROJECT MANAGERS

A Project Manager is a professional in the field of project management. Project managers have the responsibility of the planning, procurement and execution of a project, in any domain of engineering. Project managers are the first points of contact for any issues or discrepancies arising from within the heads of various departments in an organization before the problem escalates to higher authorities. This individual strives to maintain the progress, mutual interaction and tasks of various parties in such a way that reduces the risk of overall failure, maximizes benefits, and minimizes costs.

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Operations Managers are responsible for designing and controlling the process of production and redesigning business operations. They ensure the business operations are efficient in terms of using as few resources as needed and are effective in terms of meeting customer requirements. Operations is one of the major functions in an organization along with marketing, finance, and human resources.

KNOWLEDGE ENGINEERS

A Knowledge Engineer integrates knowledge into computer systems to solve complex problems normally requiring a high level of human expertise. Often, knowledge engineers are employed to translate the information elicited from domain experts into terms which cannot be easily communicated by the domain expert. They interpret and organize information on how to make systems decisions.
